Bunny, Bunny, Bunny…

Now it is time to talk chocolate Easter novelties… told you March is a busy month. The countdown is on, with St. Patrick’s Day in two weeks and Easter in four.

Two different styles of milk chocolate bunnies on a stick are ready. Solid milk chocolate flat Easter novelties are available in store, ranging from small chocolate medallions up to large size bunny rabbits. A few items are also available in dark chocolate and no sugar added milk chocolate.

Then there are the decorated bunnies… and their many friends. The first group have hopped onto the shelves complete with hand-piped icing ears, eyes and eyebrows. Some have jelly beans, icing flowers, carrots, chicks or other icing embellishments. Many more are to come, ranging from a few inches high to two feet tall characters.

Some three dimensional non-decorated milk chocolate novelties are also available, along with a small selection of undecorated dark chocolate bunnies.
