Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge

Yesterday was National Cherry Cheesecake Day. However since our fudge maker enjoys the taste of strawberries, new in store is Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge. Chips of cream cheese are mixed throughout the pink strawberry base. Another sign that spring is finally putting in an appearance.
