Hockey Playoff Fudge is Back!

It’s that time of year again, the hockey playoffs are back!

This year four Canadian  teams have made it into the playoffs: the Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, Winnipeg Jets and, Vancouver Canucks.

The first round of playoff action begins today, meaning Hockey Playoff Fudge is now in store. This gooey delight is a seasonal specialty made from mid-April until early June when the Stanley Cup is awarded to the winning team. Dark chocolate and cherries are stuffed into a vanilla based fudge, making a colourful display for the eyes as well as a delicious taste.
